My kids loved this viral healthy dinner recipe and my daughter said, "Momma, I ate all my chicken!" 😂 My hubby, well, he doesn't like beans of any sort but we're trying to expand his palate. Let's just say, he LOVED the salmon, thought it tasted like chicken, but I didn't change his mind about beans being delicious. That's ok! It was a winner-winner salmon dinner with my kiddos and pickiest eaters and I especially loved the sweet and spicy marinade. I loved it so much that I made up another batch to marinate chicken breast for tonight's dinner.
