I make this recipe in every season, perfect for those last-minute guests that I want to impress. This dessert looks stunning when plated with whipped cream, a fresh strawberry, and an extra drizzle of chocolate syrup. Your guests will be none the wiser that it took you just minutes to prepare!

Let the vanilla ice cream sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes or until slightly softened.

Mix a large scoop of peanut butter to the softened vanilla ice cream (to taste) in a large bowl and stir.
